Rezoning of Infill Site | Charlotte, NC
The City of Charlotte recently approved the rezoning for a small infill site along Carmel Road, southwest of the Carmel Country Club. This property will be developed as 24 townhomes, and 2 single-family lots. American Engineering worked with Sinacori Builders, a local family-owned builder, to assist with the Planning and rezoning of the property. American Engineering worked with the Client’s needs and requests, Planning Staff, Adjacent neighbors and the Council district representative to land on the approved plan. This is one of many sites American Engineering is heading rezoning efforts for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
