Northeast Center Parking Deck

As commercial office properties continue to find creative ways to increase their parking ratios, often the only option on constrained spaces is to go up. American Engineering led a design team for the construction of a 500-space parking deck in the Atlanta suburb of Tucker which will serve the 52,000 sf building.

American Engineering assembled a team of architects, structural engineers, mechanical & electrical engineers to design the facility which would fit within existing surface parking areas. Our staff served as program managers as well as the site civil engineers and construction administrators. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2019.
