American Engineering moved its Charlotte office to the “Top of the Bowl.”
We have signed a lease with Northwood to take 10,850 sf of space in the Everett Building. Our team will have a balcony view on the 3rd floor overlooking Ballantyne’s Backyard with a short walk to all the new restaurants in The Bowl and to the future Wegmans down the street.
We are excited to move into this Class A building, which is just 5 minutes from our existing location. All our local Charlotte office team and corporate headquarters staff have relocated to the new location.
