The planning process begins early. Sometimes a planning process has as specific focus, such as during a rezoning process while other times the process is more comprehensive. Whomever the client might be, or what their specific goal is, American Engineering uses our multidisciplinary approach to look at the broader community that will be served and anticipate how each improvement will impact the proposed project.
