American Engineering designed a signature 100-unit upscale subdivision in the South Charlotte area. The project not only included an extremely fast-paced design, in a prestigious new neighborhood but will include the roadway design of the extension of Ardrey Kell Road. The project includes tying into Ardrey Kell Road extension and Tilley Morris Road.
This subdivision is one of several American Engineering is designing throughout the Carolinas.
