Site civil engineering can mean something different to different people. We think of it as engineering on a piece of property to maximize the efficiency of use and function, complying with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the end-users’ experience. Our site civil engineering clients include retailers; commercial and industrial property owners; municipal, state or federal governments; and residential developers or homebuilders.

Over the past several decades, we have designed several hundred retail, commercial and industrial properties across the Southeastern US, a plethora of sites for government facilities, and hundreds of thousands of residential lots in hundreds of neighborhoods. Each site, whether it is a small 1-acre parcel, or a large Planned Unit Development, required grading, stormwater, water and sewer, transportation, and site layout engineering, which are designed in an integrated process to make the construction site function effectively.
